Deep-bed filter technology – maximum filtration in the smallest space!

Our deep-bed filters enable continuous solids separation from water-based cooling lubricants, cutting oils and other industrial liquids – reliable, space-saving and process-safe.

Technical design:
The filter unit consists of a steel housing with a slotted screen or perforated plate filter base, on which the filter belt (fleece or endless belt) is guided. The belt is transported via an integrated pull-out device. An optional scraper chain conveyor with flights ensures the continuous discharge of sludge and chips.

Operating principle:
The contaminated liquid enters the filter area and penetrates the filter medium under static pressure. Solids are separated and deposited on the filter belt. The liquid level rises with increasing occupancy. A float switch then activates the automatic belt feed – used belt is reeled up and fresh belt is fed in.

Performance data:
➡️ Filter capacity emulsion: 250 – 2000 l/min
➡️ Filter capacity oil (up to 10 mm²/s at 40 °C): 170 – 1400 l/min
➡️ Purity levels up to 99 % with limit grain size ≥10 μm
