Fabian, our industrial business administration trainee with an additional qualification, shares his initial thoughts on his first few months at Liqui Filter GmbH:

“As part of my training as an industrial business administration trainee with an additional qualification at Liqui Filter GmbH, I’ve had the opportunity so far to get to know various departments and actively contribute to their work.

What I find particularly positive is that I’m not just gaining theoretical insights, but have been involved in practical work from the very beginning.

Here are some highlights from my departments so far:

📦 Materials Management – Here I’ve learned how important structured planning and inventory management are for effective business processes.

⚙️ Work Planning – The processes between planning and production become tangible and demonstrate how closely the two areas are interlinked.

📣 Marketing – An exciting field where I’m currently gaining my first impressions and experiencing how companies shape their public image and develop their messaging.

My experiences so far have shown me just how diverse the processes in an industrial company are and how the individual departments interlock. At the same time, the various rotations are helping me further develop both my technical knowledge and my personal skills.”

We wish Fabian all the best for the rest of his apprenticeship at Liqui Filter GmbH and look forward to seeing how he continues to grow.
